Marion Township Park

Trinity Masonry is a commercial masonry contractor based in Texas. On the Hutto High School project in Austin, the team completed the work in 8 weeks while laying standard 12" block. The team brought in 3 MZ100s, running one mason per MULE. Running off of Hydro Mobile Scaffolding and set up our Universal Ground Base, the masons were able to maintain a faster, consistent installation pace with the same crew structure - resulting in a 70% increase, getting the job finished earlier than expected.

Spartan Construction put the MULE to work across nearly every phase of the masonry scope at Rossford Middle School — the gymnasium, a stairwell, and an interior firewall. With a fleet of eight MZ100s and about two years of experience running them, the crew kept production strong and stayed well ahead of schedule throughout the job. The results spoke for themselves: a single crew laid 850 block in one day, and the north stairwell was completed in just three days. Beyond the numbers, Spartan's masons — especially the veterans — appreciate finishing the day less worn out.

Dablees Masonry brought the MULE to a 6,000-block splitface pavilion and restroom for Marion Township Park — running a single MZ100 on two 5-foot masts and a ground base to handle the 8" CMU. For owner Dan Moorman, the math is straightforward: he expects the MULE to add about 20% to production on a normal week, and closer to 40% when the heat sets in and a crew laying block by hand would otherwise be slowing down. As the student population at DeForest Area High School continued to grow, school district leaders saw the need for expansion to accommodate both current and future student populations. The school planned to build a new three-station gym and a pool with locker room facilities, spectator seating, and public access. With the completion of the additions, the former gym, and pool area, along with several other areas of the building, would be renovated into two expansive commons areas for students to eat, study, and gather. In addition to providing students with more space, the 102,000 SF renovation and expansion project will allow students a university center-like experience with greater freedom and recreational space.
